The request: NewForesight has been the dedicated learning partner on the living wage and income journey of a global cosmetic brand over the past four years.
Activities: NewForesight has supported the brand to measure current wages and incomes of workers and producers along 20+ supply chains. This has led to assessments of the Living Wage/Income gaps and establishing the Fair Prices required to close the gaps. We have also developed the methodology and tools required to roll out the program globally. The methodology has enabled the brand to measure impact from improved purchasing practices over time.
