We serve a diverse range of clients, both public and private, united by a shared ambition to navigate change towards sustainability and unlock economic opportunities. To support our clients we offer four distinct pillars:

- Organizational transformation: Strengthening organizations to take their role in accelerating transitions
- Roadmaps for sectoral change: Co-creating transition strategies and initiating coalitions to drive sectoral change
- Implementing change: Managing and supporting implementation for organizations or coalitions by executing transition strategies
TransMission Framework
The TransMission framework is an integrated, complete, and hands-on transition framework to accelerate mission-driven transitions. It’s based on decades of scientific research and real-world practice in multiple global transitions, and combines insights from the renowned systems thinkers Andre Nijhof, professor Sustainable Business and Stewardship at Nyenrode Business University, Matthijs Janssen from Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development and Lucas Simons, Founder of NewForesight.
The TransMission approach is based on the integration of two leading transition theories: the Sustainable Market Transformation Model, developed by NewForesight and Nyenrode Business University, and the Mission-Oriented Innovation Systems Model, as developed by the Copernicus Institute. Where applicable, we have incorporated insights from the X-curve theory developed by DRIFT.

TransMission Institute
In 2021, we launched the TransMission Institute in collaboration with key organizations to advance transition thinking and drive practical implementation. The TransMission Institute is a neutral platform where stakeholders from diverse perspectives collaborate to transform sectors. Together with our knowledge partners, we share insights and experiences to foster the exchange and application of knowledge across transitions.
