The request: In collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, NewForesight co-founded the Green Protein Alliance (GPA), an initiative aimed at promoting the use of plant-based proteins. NewForesight was tasked with developing the initiative’s strategy and business case.
Activities: NewForesight supported the GPA in determining its shared vision, strategic goals, roles and responsibilities, business case and funding model, monitoring and evaluation, as well as how to effectively organize for success. Furthermore, NewForesight helped to set a common identity for this multi-stakeholder organization and created communication materials.
Our value: NewForesight helped to create a business case for going plant-based for the food industry as well as civil society. We supported the GPA by uniting frontrunners to accelerate the green protein transition, mobilizing partners to make GPA a reality.
